These ended right where they should have.  The 8 @ 225 was hard.  Harder than I thought it should have been, but I think in the long run it will be good.

No soreness in the shoulder today which I think is a good sign.  I am however on full alert for anymore as I will probably take a step back at that point.  I’ve been rolling with a tennis ball to see if that helps at all.  Trying to stretch out frequently.

Bench Press Week 5

Things seem to be clicking again which is nice.  Due to other things on my mind I wasn’t totally annoyed with all of the bench monkeys!  My right shoulder was a bit off on the shoulder press, but that might have been grip related, but it’s something I’m watching VERY closely.
