Everything moved fairly well today. I ended up doing rack lockouts just up against the bench which decreased the range of motion a little bit, but I still think it worked the triceps and lockout power. Next up deadlifts and I’m hoping they feel better than last week!

The energy wasn’t there today when it was time for a workout, but once I got to the gym and started lifting, I found some energy. I’m glad I moved the deadlift day to Friday.
