While taking a gander at powerliftingvideo.com I ran across this video of Pudz (seems to be the guy everyone is chasing in Strongman) overhead pressing 405lbs like it was no one’s business. WOW. I can’t even begin to imagine doing 405 overhead much less squatting that amount of weight.
